Roots of Change and partners will showcase food, brands, and producers that improve health, mitigate climate change, and create a healthy food system. The event is similar in format to our Slow Meat Pavilion at Terra Madre Americas in Sep 2025 and will feature
- Live cooking and delicious food tastings, butchery and outdoor live-fire cooking demos
- Tasting tables featuring regenerative meat and grains
- Marketplace of healthy food, culinary tools, beauty and health products
- Educational panels, live podcasts and conversations on regenerative agriculture and sustainable seafood
