In the past few years, state legislators have deliberated forward-thinking food and agriculture-related legislation. Proposals have included supporting farmers using climate-friendly practices, strengthening the state’s diversion of food waste into compost and putting state funding into healthy food incentive programs. Join us for a discussion of the current state — and the future — of food politics in California with leading experts who have been walking the halls of Sacramento.
