ROC works together with organizations, universities, governments and businesses to ensure that every aspect of our food supply chain—from when it’s grown to when it’s eaten—will be healthy and accessible for all eaters, safe and fair to workers and profitable for companies.

Our collaborative network of organizations, businesses and governments seeking regenerative agriculture and healthy food accessible to all people includes individuals, community-based organizations, food producers and businesses, advocating nonprofits, government agencies, and our financial supporters. We all share a commitment to improve our culture’s understanding of our food system from field to table, its production systems and markets, and the policies that guide its function.

  • We spawn and coordinate transformative projects that will serve all Californians today and into the future by enhancing community resilience.
  • We develop and advocate for food and farm policy that will improve health and resilience.
  • Communicate with the public, food producers, advocates and policy makers to build the power of the regenerative agriculture and healthy food movement.
