Modern agriculture has become increasingly dependent on corporate seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides, while the family farm is a fading myth. Frederick Kaufman, author of Bet The Farm: How Food Stopped Being Food, and Wenonah Hauter, author of Foodopoly: The Battle Over the Future of Food and Farming in America and executive director of Food and Water Watch, look into the agribusiness monopolies that are determining what we eat and how much it costs.
