Roots of Change Slow Meat Pavilion at Terra Madre Americas

Roots of Change Slow Meat Pavilion at Terra Madre America, Sacramento, CA, September 26 – 28, 2025

Great Taste, Better Health, Real Meat – Conversations, Cooking & Connections

ROC Slow Meat Pavilion Program – LATEST SCHEDULE

As a founding member, ROC is participating at the 2025 Terra Madre Americas international food and wine event. ROC will have an impactful presence with a centrally located pavilion celebrating farmers and ranchers regeneratively raising meat as the tastiest, healthiest, and climate-friendliest choice for consumers.

Our pavilion will  feature live interviews and panel discussions with producers, nutrition experts, food system innovators and policy makers discussing topics relevant to human and planetary health. Visitors will be able to watch cooking and butchery demonstrations, and taste delicious meat samples.
