Regenerative Meat Pavilion at Terra Madre America, Sacramento, CA, September 26 – 28, 2025

As a founding member, ROC is participating at the 2025 Terra Madre Americas international food and wine event. ROC will have an impactful presence with a Regenerative Meat Pavilion celebrating regenerative ranchers and regenerative meat as the best choice for consumers who want to buy flavorful, healthy, and climate-friendly meat.

Our pavilion will  feature live interviews and panel discussions with policy leaders, nutrition experts, and food system innovators discussing topics relevant to consumers’ health and wellness. Visitors will be able to watch cooking and butchery demonstrations, and taste delicious meat samples. 

The event is co-hosted by Visit Sacramento and Slow Food and is expected to draw up to 100,000 attendees.  This free, first-of-its-kind weekend celebration featuring food and drink tastings, live music, celebrity chef demonstrations, educational panels, artisan vendors, and more connects diverse food communities across the Americas and promotes holistic approaches to agriculture. Taking place at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center, the event is the new sister event to Slow Food’s Terra Madre event in Turin, Italy.
