Local Health Department Collaborations – CAFPC Meeting Follow Up

We encourage all food policy councils to contact their local health department about partnership opportunities, in follow up to the Local Health Departments and Food Policy Councils: Collaboration for Policy, Systems, and Environmental Change session at the statewide meeting. SNAP-Ed Indicator Feedback Due by 10/10

A digital copy of the Regional Food Systems (draft 2) indicator that Sue Foerster shared at the statewide meeting is available here. Submit feedback on the indicator no later than Friday, Oct. 9 to Sue Foerster at sfoerster@comcast.net. In particular, feedback has been requested on the Outcome Measures, any better approach to the ‘Regional Food Systems’ metric, and a sense of whether and how this type of information would be useful locally and with partners.
