Cesár Hernandez, Manager of Strategic Labor Initiatives, Reiter Affiliated Companies

Cesár began his career with CRLA inc. and has carried the passion for farm workers’ rights to Reiter Affiliated Companies, the largest fresh berry supplier in North America. He participated in the Ventura County Ag Futures Alliance and its House Farmworkers’ campaign that has generated nearly 300 units since inception and was recently accepted to Class 41 of The California Ag Leadership program.
Jennifer Hernandez, Partner, Cultivo Consulting

Jennifer has worked in rural communities since she joined the UFW political department in 2002. She then went on to work for political programs in Washington, DC, at the AFL-CIO and AFSCME. As a partner at Cultivo Consulting, she helps nonprofits participate in public policy development.
