We just got some great news and I’m sharing with others who might share our excitement. North Country Sustainability Center, Inc. just received it’s notification that we are 501©(3) status from the IRS. This will allow us to start teaching people how live closer to home, build their local and personal economies and celebrate a sustainable life for the future.

We’re trying to purchase a defunct riding stable and manufacturing facility to create a teaching center, commercial kitchen, micro-creamery and arts center. You can see what we’re up to at www.northcountrysustain.org. The facility will eventually be available for others to use, as it is meant to be a regional facility, not just a local solution for one or two towns. We want to connect people with others, like yourselves, who will help them meet their own goals.
